At Sutisancha Designer Sarees, we strive to ensure every drape meets your expectations; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn and unstitched items.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or visit our Support portal within 7 days of delivery to submit a return or exchange request with your order ID and product photos.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, ensure the saree is folded in its original packaging with all designer tags and the blouse piece intact for the pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel; please ensure you collect the pickup acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
